Organoleptic characteristics. It has a soft consistency, sweet taste of fresh good meat, slight scent of pepper and nutmeg, balanced aroma and slightly spicy. A treat of flavors.

Processing: Rocchino Salami is made with chopped mixture from fresh national pork meat. Hand salted and stuffed into sow’s gut. Tied by hand. It requires a seasoning of 15-30 days. Flavored with the same ingridients of concia piacentina, without any type of allergen, gluten nor milk derivatives. When cut it is bright red in the lean, white / pink and mixed parts, medium grain.

Ingredients: Pork, salt, wine, dextrose, spices, natural flavors (garlic), preservatives: potassium nitrate E252, sodium nitrite E250. Inedible casing.

Suggested storage It is stored from 12 to 15 ° C, humidity 60-80%.  Once cut, it can be kept in the refrigerator wrapped cellophane.
