The three dopentian cured meats starring on the European stage of Anuga in Köln from 5 to 9 October 2019. the most important event in the world of food & beverage overlooks "European, open air taste museum", the European project promoted by the consortium of protection of dopean cured meats aimed at enhancing the dop-branded productions of the province of Piacenza.

The 2019 edition of Anuga, the world's most important food & beverage event, opened on Saturday, October 5th in Cologne, involving more than 7,400 exhibitors from more than 100 countries. 

"European, open air taste museum" is the European project promoted by the consortium of protection of dop-odantic cured meats aimed at enhancing dop-branded productions of the province of Piacenza.  with a high-impact stand (pad. 5.2 - stand c056) entirely dedicated to the Coppa Piacentina Dop, the Pancetta piacentina dop and the salami Piacentino dop you want to communicate the values of a certified quality production, able to express all the uniqueness and excellence of a timeless tradition.
