The Salumificio La Rocca was built following the teachings of many master butchers who lived and produced cold cuts in the districts of the Ancient Village of Castell’Arquato. The recipes of our tradition have been patiently transcribed and turned into precious cured meats. To honor such precious inheritance, these product line had been created, with the recollection of all the classic cold cuts of our production.
