From the experience of more than 50 years of history, here is the line of the Suino d’Oro Salami (Golden Pig). All of our meats come from high-quality heavy pork, born and raised in the Po Valley, processed by expert butchers according to ancient rules, and flavored with ingredients of recipes handed down by our ancestors. Some of them are selected and brought to mature slowly in the old underground cellar. In this way the slow passage of time gives flavor to the meat and gives it those unique flavors, typical of our tradition.
