From the experience of more than 50 years of history here  the line of the Suino D'Oro. All of our cold cuts come from high-quality heavy  pigs  meat, born and raised in the Po Valley, processed by expert butchers according to ancient rules, and flavored with ingredients of recipes handed down by our ancestors. But some are selected and brought to mature slowly in the old underground cellar. In this way the slow passage of time gives flavor to the meat and gives it those unique flavors, typical of our tradition.
