Puff pastry bundles with Pancetta Piacentina and smoked cheese scamorza

Quick and simple bundles for sudden friends for dinner or for an express aperitif… you just need to always have 4 ingredients in the fridge. These bundles are also excellent cold, but I prefer them hot and racy.
 
Ingredients: a roll of rectangular puff pastry, 6 slices of Salumificio La Rocca Panceta Piacentina PDO, 6 very thin slices of potatoes, with a mandolin, stringy cheese, scamorza or other. Cut the puff pastry into 3 parts and then again, until you have 6 parts. Stuffed on one side with slices of potatoes, bacon and cheese.
 
Make small cuts on the empty part of the puff pastry and close the bundles.
 
With a fork, mash the sides well and bake at 220 degrees for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
