Openings and Closures 25 April - 1 May

With spring and spring bridges it's time for barbecues in company!
 
We update you on the opening and closing days of the Suino D'Oro shop in Castell'Arquato, via Caneto:
 
On 25 April and 1 May we will be open from 8.30 a.m. to 12 a.m.

Classic skewers (normal 180 gr. or thick 200 gr. stick) real stick (spicier with onion) 300 gr.
Verzini salami of 100 gr. or normal 200 gr.
Bulk sausage/luganega.
Mini pork burger of 100 gr. or maxi of 250 gr. (sausage, culatello, speck, pizzaiola, special).
Fresh or seasoned ribs (classic with rosemary, paprika, barbeque).
Fresh or seasoned chops (classic with rosemary, lemon, sweet paprika, pink pepper, spicy, barbeque, boscaiola, siciliana, pizzaiola, curry, mohito).
Coppa chops on the bone, fresh or seasoned (classic with rosemary, sweet paprika).
Fresh bacon (pink without rind).
Trimming of fresh or seasoned ham (classic with rosemary).
The Bottega is located at the Salumificio La Rocca, on the road at the entrance to Castell'Arquato, an intact medieval village, rich in history and charm, where you can pleasantly spend time among art, nature and good food.
 
La Bottega is a real point of sale where you can find the best of traditional salami production from the Italian Food Valley.
 
Coppa Piacentina Dop, Pancetta Piacentina Dop, Salame Piacentino Dop together with a variety of cured meats including: Culatelli, Fiocchi di Culatello, Bresaole di Suino, Salami, Strolghini and a vast assortment of fresh pork meats and fresh sausages to cook for your grilling.
 
A rich selection of "ready-to-cook" products awaits you, prepared by our Chef "GianCracco", ready to be put in the pot or on the grill.

Inside the shop there is a welcoming area for tastings where it is often possible to taste the various products.
 
Guided tours
