Truffle salami il Principe Nero

we present the new born: our truffle salami Il Principe Nero  embellished with flakes of black truffle of our hills, which give it a fragrance and olfactory sensation enveloping and refined, without covering its flavor. it is worked by expert butchers who follow traditional and rigorous production standards. our cured meats come from fine meats of heavy pigs, born and raised in the Po Valley, with methods aimed at animal welfare and fed according to a precise and strict disciplinary, then enriched by black truffle flakes and natural aromas. we recommend storage  in a cool and ventilated place if whole, preferably hanging. the ideal temperature is from 15 to 18 degrees. in the refrigerator protected by a film if cut or peeled. we recommend to slice it thinly at the time of consuming it to enhance its natural aroma,  ideal to enrich your appetizers and snacks with an elegant note. Ingredients: pork, salt, chopped black summer truffle - tuber aestivum vitt (1.4%), wine, dextrose, flavorings, spices, garlic, preservatives: potassium nitrate e252, sodium nitrite e250. non-edible gut. gluten-free and lactose-free.
